I really enjoyed the location. There are many food options close by. The beach is wonderful for morning walks. All staff were lovely and helpful, I found. They arranged our zip lining trip, too. Food at the restaurant and beach bar was GOOD.
My room had some cracked tiles in the bathroom. They had been repaired poorly.

The food was good at the restaurant, I think. There were many options to have traditional Kittitian, American-style, or English-style breakfasts. The automatic fly swatter things were helpful once breakfast got served.

The hotel had its section on the beach so you can have a lounger and umbrella. The pretty gardens had many beautiful flowers. I noted that the hotel supply sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels for the beach.

I had a mountain-view double room. It included tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a king size bed. There was an ironing board and iron, as well as ample cupboard space with many hangers.
Service
10/10
The staff went out of their way to help me. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and refreshed towels. Craig kept the complex clean and tidy, I think. He made sure chairs were on the beach at breakfast.

Great stay near everything!!

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to both the beach and many restaurants. The hotel grounds are well maintained. I liked the umbrellas and loungers available on the beach. There were always some available. The staff members were also very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile.
The bed in my room was a bit too firm. It took a few nights for me to get used to it. I think a mattress topper would make a BIG difference.

My ocean view room had a balcony with a table and chairs. The air conditioning worked GREAT, so I was comfortable. The room included a TV with several channels to watch.

The hotel restaurant offers a variety of freshly cooked food at a good value. There are several other restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, so I could always find something to eat. I really liked the local flavors.

The hotel is right on the Caribbean beach and is VERY close to the area with many bars. The hotel is well-positioned for easy access to nearby attractions and services. A grocery store is within walking distance of the premises.
